George Lunkin began his career in higher education over 20 years ago in admissions and has since crossed over to the financial aid world 16 years ago at Emory University. During his tenure in the financial aid industry, George has worked as an Account Representative for Wells Fargo Educations Financial Services Division, where he promoted student loan products to institutions in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee. George continued his career as a financial aid consultant with Financial Aid Services, Inc., where he consulted at four-year schools in both the public and private sectors, and proprietary institutions to improve organizational effectiveness, ensured compliance within federal, state and institutional regulations, and is well-versed in both Federal and Institutional Methodologies. George obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Southeastern Louisiana University and is currently working as an Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Emory University.
