Jamesia is the Program Manager for Postsecondary Success at College AIM where she designs programming and performs outreach to support college students through graduation. Prior to College AIM, Jamesia worked as a Leadership Development Trainer with The Posse Foundation to help students develop the necessary skills to succeed in college and later in the workforce. Jamesia graduated from the University of
Tennessee with a Bachelors in Communication, and later from Florida International University with her Masters in Higher Education
Administration.
